Booking confirmation:
For booking a 50% deposit of the total price is required.
No booking is confirmed until first payment has been cleared to the designated bank account of Pearl Yachting and within the date stipulated to the contract .
All payments can be made by credit card or bank deposit.
(bank fees of ..% will be charged extra)
Full payment has to be made 1 day before the departure of the boat for(full day tour),if its for a weekly charter full payment has to be made 30 days before the charter date.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of the charter by the charterer:
For cancellations of a full day tour more than 15 calendar days prior to the agreed departure date, you can either:
For any cancellations carried out less than 15 calendar days prior to the departure no refund is available.
For cancellations of a weekly charter more than 30 calendar days prior to the agreed departure date, you can either:
For any cancellations carried out less than 30 calendar days prior to the departure no refund is available.
Extension charter of the boat rental has to be agreed with us .
In the case that the charterer doesn’t return the boat at the date time and place agreed for any reason including bad weather conditions Pearl yachting will charge one extra day of rental (if the boat that extra day was chartered to other clients we will charge you 2 days of rental ) and you will also have to be charged captains accommodation,diet.
Also any Marina fees of the boat that will occur will be charged to you.
Cancellation by us:
If booking is cancelled due to weather conditions you will be 100% refunded (this applies also to the deposit amount).
Departures are carried out normally unless the wind in the point of departure exceeds 6 Beaufort. Departures are not carried out if the port authorities forbid it for any reason.We note that 3-5 days prior departure we have a reliable weather forecast.
If for a mechanical reason we cancel your charter , you will be 100% refunded.
